PASSOS DE FUTURO project development

With the first tests completed, the PASSOS DE FUTURO (STEPS FOR THE FUTURE) project confirmed the technical potential of the new sole formulations with increased incorporation of recycled material. The experimental mixtures tested by SBR demonstrated good stability, satisfactory mechanical performance and dimensional consistency, validating the feasibility of the initial proposal.

At this stage, we are moving forward with the optimisation of mixing and vulcanisation parameters, reinforcing quality control and process stability. Possibilities for aesthetic differentiation of products are also being explored, allowing the added value of the circular product to be communicated without compromising the technical requirements of the footwear market.

This stage reinforces our commitment to industrial circularity and aims to consolidate the good practices that ensure it.
