Usually in a project we have as phases:

1. Ideation - Brainstorming with the client about the product concept.

2. Product definition - Scoping and refinement of the product concept.

3. 3D design, when necessary

4. Prototyping - Building a proof of concept and/or laboratory prototype.

5. Execution of moulds, when necessary

6. Initial design - Production of the minimum viable product (MVP).

7. Validation and testing - Validating and testing the MVP to confirm the development strategy.

8. Industrialization of the product I - Production of the industrial prototype(s).

9. Industrialization of product II - Production of the zero series after everything is fine-tuned.
