The recycling process developed as part of the BOLAS FELIZES project has made it possible to transform selected waste into two distinct and complementary solutions.
Starting initially with the recovery of used tennis and/or padel balls, this development has evolved to incorporate other compatible waste streams, notably sole waste.
Depending on the intended function, the material can be used as a raw material for incorporation into moulded products — resulting in ReGrind — or as a functional surface material, resulting in ReSkin.
ReSkin is an innovative and scalable solution that paves the way for new applications in fashion, leather goods, footwear, sports equipment and design, combining innovation, circularity and style.

WHAT IT IS
ReGrind is a circular raw material produced by the controlled size
reduction of previously recycled waste, developed for incorporation
into moulded products and technical solutions.
HOW IT IS PRODUCED
The recovered waste undergoes a controlled size reduction process, resulting in a calibrated material suitable for incorporation into industrial processes.
