Whatever the project, the focus on sustainability must be always at the forefront.
Sustainable development has been defined in many ways, but the most frequently cited definition is the "Report of the United Nations World Commission on Environment and Development: Our Common Future" , also known as the Brundtland Report in which Sustainable Development is the development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
There is a wide range of actions that can be developed in order to make Sustainability the reality that we all want with approaches in the social, economic and environmental dimensions. The 2030 agenda and the 17 sustainable development goals with their 169 targets are in the “modi operandi” of the services provided by JCConsulting.

OUR FOCUS
Almost every country in the world has pledged to improve the planet and the lives of its citizens by 2030.
Commit to 17 life-changing goals outlined by the UN in 2015.
These goals, known as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), include ending extreme poverty, providing better health care for people, and achieving equality for women, among others.
Turning this vision into reality is essentially the responsibility of country governments, but it will also require new partnerships and international solidarity.
Everyone has a role to play and that is why companies have to integrate these goals into their decision making.
Because we believe that it is possible for each of us to play a role that makes each of the defined goals easier to achieve, we have these goals as motivation within the skills acquired over 4 decades.
WHAT DRIVES US ?
José Carvalho has a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
He has a General Management Course at the Porto Business School and several training courses in Management covering areas such as Environment, Commercial, Business, Teams, Finance, Innovation, Production, Quality, Safety and Sustainability.
In addition to Portuguese, he is fluent in Spanish, French and English. He has more than 4 decades of experience in industrial environments that include ferrous and non-ferrous foundry, automotive and non-automotive metalworking, non-ferrous and polymer recycling and consultancy. He also has experience in the design, assembly and start-up of manufacturing units.
Knowing that cooperation is essential to find the right solutions for each project, the entrepreneur counts with specialized technicians from different areas chosen according to the subject and the demands of each project.

José Carvalho Consulting Unipessoal, Lda. was founded in 2021 and operates in the consultancy area, focusing on industrial SMEs.
It is a Self-employed limited liability company that adopted the “JCC” brand and the “Sharing Wisdom” signature.
