THE COMPANY
José Carvalho Consulting Unipessoal, Lda., founded in 2021, operates in the field of industrial consulting, supporting SMEs in their transition toward more sustainable and circular business models.
It is a single-employed limited liability company that adopted the brand “JCC” and the signature “Sharing Wisdom”, reflecting the sharing of knowledge and experience accumulated over more than four decades in industrial environments.
We believe that sustainability is the new driver of industrial competitiveness.
Our purpose is to help companies turn environmental challenges into opportunities for innovation and growth, contributing to the global goals defined by the United Nations 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

WHY WE DO IT !
José Carvalho holds a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and a General Management Program from Porto Business School, along with additional training in Environment, Innovation, Production, Quality, Safety, and Sustainability.
Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and English, he has over 40 years of experience in industrial environments — including foundry, metalworking (automotive and non-automotive sectors), recycling of metals and polymers and consulting.
With a pragmatic and collaborative approach, he believes that cooperation is essential to finding effective solutions. He works with specialized professionals, selected according to the nature and requirements of each project.
