The evolution of the experimental pathway led to the development of new material solutions based on ReGrind, exploring different ways of valorising the material obtained.

In this context, a synthetic leather-like material solution was developed, designated ReSkin, characterised by a multilayer structure composed of a recycled polyester mesh as a support, coated with functional polymer layers incorporating a fraction of ReGrind.

The work carried out enabled the establishment of initial formulations and manufacturing processes, resulting in samples with different textures, colours and thicknesses, suitable for exploring applications in areas such as fashion, leather goods, footwear, sports goods and design.

In parallel, the incorporation of ReGrind into different matrices and configurations continued to be explored, with the aim of assessing its behaviour in moulded solutions and other technical applications.

This phase marks the transition from a predominantly exploratory approach to a structured development of material solutions, based on the progressive validation of formulations, processes and potential applications.
