Previously, we created the BOLAS FELIZES (HAPPY BALLS) project with the purpose of diverting used tennis and padel balls from landfills. The result was the RESKIN Circular Solution, a sustainable, versatile, and high-quality synthetic leather.
With the success of this approach, ReSkin evolved to include versions incorporating waste from the manufacture of rubber soles, expanding its positive environmental impact and reinforcing its role as a circular raw material.

FROM CONCEPT TO REALITY
Before introducing ReSkin to the market, it was essential to validate its technical performance, durability, and adaptability across different areas of application. To achieve this, a series of concept products were developed, demonstrating the material’s versatility in processes such as folding, bonding, stitching, and finishing.
More than prototypes, these developments confirmed the industrial and functional feasibility of ReSkin and showcased its potential to replace conventional materials in sustainable and contemporary design solutions.
